Hello, my friend! I'm Justin, a Registered Dietitian with 10+ years of experience transforming bodies and lives. 

I understand the longing to love what you see in the mirror, for your clothes to fit just right, to be able to walk tall with confidence, and to have the vitality to live fully! 

Sadly, this can feel so far out of reach. We struggle to follow plans that don't fit us or our busy life (oftentimes not even getting the results we deserve) until we eventually surrender. Any progress gained is quickly lost, and we're left frustrated and discouraged.

I formed Riggs Method because it shouldn't be this way - everyone deserves to look great and feel great in a way that works for them personally.
